To use: Take 1/2-1 tspn up to 2-3x a day. For use on cold sores, dab a few drops directly onto the affected area at the tingling feeling of onset and as the sore develops. **Do not take more than 2-6ml or 1/4 of an ounce of Licorice Root Tincture in a day. Please avoid Licorice if you have high blood pressure. Please consult with a physician before taking Licorice as it a known blood thinner and may have a counteractive effect on medicines.**
