I’ve always been fascinated with how perfect our human body is, and how it is always telling us exactly what is going on inside of us and what it needs.. we just might not always know how to interpret what it is trying to say.

Fortunatly, looking at your tongue can give you some pretty incredible insight and all you need to know really is what to look for. As Ayurveda grows so does the amount of good information out there, so this audio simply serves as an intro, but I hope you’ll find this as interesting as I do and be hopefully inspired to dig a little deeper yourself.

The ancient art of tongue analysis has its root in the science of Ayurveda, the oldest system of healing in the world. We say that the tongue is the window to the digestive system because every organ of the body is actually reflected and represented on your tongue. Taking a look at what is going on, what is showing up and where it is showing up can give us good insight on to what organ may be signaling or asking for your attention, so it’s important to take a look in the mirror from time to time to check to see what is going on within, especially with any lifestyle or dietary changes you may be experimenting with.

Download this audio by purchasing it in the shop, click the downloaded file and play to it while you look into a mirror. Stick your tongue out while you listen and take a look! Follow the audio to learn about the different areas on your tongue and what they might be trying to tell you about your internal environment. I hope you discover something interesting about yourself.
