Consultations come in different options - please choose the option that suits you the best.
Your health is not just what you eat or how often you workout. Your health encompasses what you nourish your life with in every aspect that surrounds you. Everything is connected, so when it comes to regaining balance, all of it matters. All aspects of your life, your personality, your history, your genetics and your life story must be considered for a completely personalized approach- one that truly serves you.
An health consultation is your opportunity to evaluate these aspects and make some adjustments in order to preserve your health while regaining energy, restful sleep, assuring the intake of proper nutrients and choosing the right supplements to support you.
I will look over your lifestyle, your symptoms, your discomforts, and any concerns you may have while considering your complete life long health history. I require labs in order in an effort to be as thorough as possible. After our consultation, I will create a personalized protocol within a few days and build you a wellness plan to help you reach your health goals.
Choosing this option: The Initial Consultation is 90 min phone or video call appropriate for new clients, or if you are an existing client coming back after an extended period of time as well. This option includes a 45 min follow up appointment at a discount, to take place 3-4 weeks after your initial session so we can review your progress and implement the second part of your protocol. This is a two consult package.

A Health History Form
A day in your life + food log
A Questionnaire on your health goals + expectations
Review of your lab work
At the end of our initial meeting, you will have a protocol and a list of recommendations you can implement immediately, as well as a better idea of how to shift your lifestyle for the future.
While it is always preferred to meet in person, it is not necessary for me to be with you in person in order to put the patterns of your health puzzle together in order to help you. The telemedicine online option is a great alternative to meeting face to face as it saves travel time, zaps any overhead costs and allows us to meet from anywhere in the world. This consultation will be conducted on a web meeting via the Practice Better Patient portal or over the phone if you do not have access to a computer at the time of our meeting.

Please book your appointment by adding a consult to your cart. You will need to fill my intake forms for us to review during our call. Your forms will be found on your Practice Better portal. Alternatively, you can email them back to me.
Please note how if you prefer a telephone or video call, and the best way to reach you. I am available via the Practice Better Video feature, FaceTime, Whatsapp, or Zoom.

Please create an account if I have not already created one for you, and begin filling out your forms at your earliest convenience. You may upload your recent labs there as well.
In the event that you need to cancel your initial consultation, please do so within 3 days of our scheduled meeting to avoid cancellation fees. I begin prepping for our meeting several days before we meet and these fees respect the time spent prepping for your consultation, reviewing your labs and researching any information I feel will benefit you and your health. Cancellations before the 3 day period will be reimbursed by half. In the event of a same day cancellation, no fees will be reimbursed though arrangements can be made to reschedule at a $50 fee. Consultations requested for cancellation before the 3 day period will be reimbursed fully.
In the case of ordering labs: Lab fees will not be reimbursed since I cannot cancel the lab order once I have placed it. You are able to keep your requisition and draw your labs at any time however since they are in your name and are not tied to me or to Wellness By Helen. Please be certain there is a LabCorp draw center near you before choosing this option.
